Accounting SDK download rankings

What these rankings measure

Each row is one reviewed API client package on npm. We compare 2026-09-22–2026-10-21 with 2026-08-23–2026-09-21, two adjacent 30-day UTC periods. Counts are collected from npm’s public download API. Current-period totals were cross-checked against the sum of daily counts; each row links to both observations. This checks consistency within npm, not independent user adoption. A note flags current periods where one day contributes at least 20% of downloads.

• This is a curated sample, not an exhaustive ranking of every SDK. Python, .NET, Java, PHP, Go and private packages are not measured in this edition.
• Authentication helpers, CLI tools and UI components are excluded. QuickBooks’ intuit-oauth downloads are not counted as accounting API SDK usage.
• Official and community SDKs are identified separately. Unified SDK downloads span several API categories and cannot be attributed entirely to accounting.
• We do not add package ecosystems together or infer unique developers. CI jobs, repeat installations and dependencies can increase download counts.
• Equal counts share a rank. Missing data stays unranked; a zero previous period has no percentage growth.
