Local setup required. Run npx -y mails-agent-mcp. On first use it creates a 72-hour receive-only mailbox and stores its key in ~/.mails/config.json; claim a permanent mailbox at mails0.com to send email. Publisher documentation reviewed; no authenticated runtime test performed.
Grouping basis: listing. Exact endpoints or package sets can be grouped automatically; other relationships require evidence review. This does not verify publisher affiliation, connection health, or equivalent capabilities.
