Alkemy

Alkemy is a fitness and strength training app. Coaches plan workouts for their athletes, and athletes log what they did. Connect your Alkemy athlete account to ask about today's workout, look back at your training, and check your progress. Tell Claude what you did, and it logs the workout or the run for you, so your coach sees it in Alkemy. Train with Claude open: start today's workout, log each set as you go, correct a set, and finish to see your summary and new bests. When the equipment is taken or an exercise does not suit you, ask for swap options. They follow your coach's swap rules, your equipment and your limitations. A swap changes only your version of the workout, never your coach's plan, and you can switch back at any time. You need an Alkemy athlete account: your coach invites you. Claude can only read and log your own training. It cannot see your injuries, bodyweight or payment details, and you can disconnect it at any time in Alkemy under Profile, Connected apps.
