Aarven is a Swiss double-entry accounting system (CHF, Swiss SME chart of accounts, Swiss VAT/MWST) for small businesses, founders and fiduciary offices (Treuhänder). New to Aarven? Create your account while connecting, then let Claude set up your company in the chat: name, legal form, VAT status, first fiscal year and a Swiss chart of accounts, in about two minutes. With the Aarven connector, Claude works directly with your books: - Answer questions about your financial position: bank and cash balances, receivables, payables and equity from the balance sheet as of any date. - Analyse revenue, expenses and profit for any period and compare months or years. - Prepare the Swiss VAT return (effective method or net tax rate method / Saldosteuersatz). - Check the books for open drafts, missing receipts and other gaps, and list upcoming deadlines. - Draft bookings from your description or from an invoice you share, using your own chart of accounts and VAT codes. Bookings are always created as drafts and are only posted when you explicitly ask for it. You sign in with your Aarven account via OAuth and choose which company Claude may access and whether it may only read or also create bookings. Every connection can be revoked at any time under Settings > API access in Aarven. Aarven's user interface is in German; Claude answers in your language.
