SERVICE AVAILABILITY

SAP API status

Official service reports for SAP. Match the affected product, region and endpoint to your integration before attributing an error to the provider.

Vendor-reported, not independent probes. Feeds cached for 60 seconds.

Is SAP down?

Publisher cloud service status page linked; automated access was blocked during review. An incident does not mean every customer or endpoint is affected. An unavailable feed means we could not read the status source, not that the API is down.

Uptime and incident history

We have not established a complete observation window for an uptime percentage. Where connected, recent resolved incidents come from the publisher’s feed and may be truncated. Check the official history for the product and region you use.

What should I check next?

Record the failing endpoint, timestamp, HTTP status and request ID. Check credentials and rate limits. Use bounded retries for transient failures and confirm whether a write completed before retrying it.
