# How to connect the monday.com MCP server

To connect the official monday.com MCP server, add https://mcp.monday.com/mcp to your MCP client as a Streamable HTTP server, then sign in with OAuth when your client prompts you. - An active monday.com account. Admins and members on all plans can use monday MCP at no extra cost; viewers can't. On Enterprise, admins can also allow guests.
- MCP is preinstalled on every monday.com account. If you can't connect, ask an admin to check Admin, then Permissions, then AI Connectors.
- monday.com's Claude directory connector needs a Claude Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise plan. On Team and Enterprise, an owner enables the connector for the organization first.
